Position Details
The position will coordinate activities related to the Benefits section of Human Resource Management. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating benefits and records.
Essential Position Functions & Duties: 100%
- Scanning Documents in Laserfiche. Scanning and filing in PeopleSoft.
- Verifications
- Updating end dates and personal information (address, phone number, etc) in PeopleSoft.
- Sending monthly transient notifications and performing query updates.
- Sending correspondence to retirees requesting updated benefits information and updating retirees' Medicare numbers in PeopleSoft.
- Calling third-party vendors for information.
The applicant must meet the following:
- High School Diploma
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Salary Range: $20 per hour
Primary Location: Shreveport, LA (On-Site)
