• Exchange 2010 (public folders) – about 10 minute of total downtime
• Exchange 2013 (Relay and mail flow to/from internet & Shreveport) – no downtime expected
• LSU Health FileS (Enterprise) – about 10 minutes of downtime during which users will be unable to send or retrieve attachments
• Listserv (Enterprise) – about 10 minutes downtime during which Listserv services will be unavailable.

The Production PeopleSoft Campus Solutions application will be unavailable today, December 5, 2018 from 7pm to about 8pm while the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions database is updated to SQL Server 2016 SP2 CU3 and Java 8 Update 192. During the maintenance, Academic Self-Service will be unavailable.  An email notification will be sent when the system is available.

The Production PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Employee Self-Service application will be unavailable today, December 5, 2018 from 7pm to about 11:30pm while the PeopleSoft Application is upgraded to the latest patches and the PeopleSoft database is updated to SQL Server 2016 SP2 CU3 and Java 8 Update 192. In addition the PeopleSoft HR Report application will be unavailable from 7pm until about 8pm.

Network connectivity has been restored. We are still investigating the root cause of this outage.

The Production PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Employee Self-Service application will be unavailable briefly today, November 19, 2018 from 6:30pm to 6:45pm while the Web Server Cache is cleared due to the application of Campus Solutions patches. An email notification will be sent when the system is available.

The Production PeopleSoft Campus Solutions application will be unavailable today, November 19th, from 5:00pm to approximately 8:00pm for maintenance.  During the maintenance, Academic Self-Service will be unavailable.  An email notification will be sent when the system is available.

The Production PeopleSoft Campus Solutions/Academic Self-Service application will be unavailable starting on Friday September 28, 2018 at 6pm until noon on Saturday September 29, 2018. This downtime is needed for upgrading PeopleSoft to a newer PeopleTools version.  An email notification will be sent when the upgrade is complete and this application is once again available.

The Production PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Employee Self-Service application and the PeopleSoft HR Reports application will be unavailable starting on Friday September 28,2018 at 6pm until noon on Saturday September 29,2018. This downtime is needed for upgrading PeopleSoft to a newer PeopleTools version.  An email notification will be sent when each of these applications is available.

The PeopleSoft Financials Production application will be down for maintenance tonight, September 11, from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM.　 During that time, required SQL Server patches will be applied.　 Notification will be sent once the maintenance is complete and the application is available for use.

The Production PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Employee Self-Service application will be unavailable today, September 5, 2018 from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm for maintenance.　An email notification will be sent when the system is available.

This weekend during the regular maintenance window (Saturday morning 3 am to 6 am), we will be applying the monthly Microsoft updates to the New Orleans campus Email and the LSU Health FileS servers.　 Below are the affected services and expected downtimes.

Please be advised that LONI, our primary Internet Provider, will be activating a traffic optimization service on Wednesday August 22^nd at 7:00am.　　 There should be no downtime with this maintenance.　　 However, if anyone experiences issues accessing Internet websites or resources after this maintenance is completed, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can engage LONI to investigate

Tonight, beginning at 10:00 pm, the Email Archive for New Orleans will be down for server maintenance.　 We expect the downtime to last around 90 minutes, during which users will be unable to access their archived email.　 We will send out notification once the maintenance is complete.

We have observed a large increase in spam received from *.bid domains. Give caution to interactions with services using these domains.

PeopleSoft Financials Production will be down for maintenance from 8:00 p.m. tonight until approximately 8:30 p.m.　

On completion of the Production maintenance, PeopleSoft Financials Reports will be brought down for approximately 30 minutes.　 Notification will be sent when the maintenance for each is complete.

The PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and HR Production applications, including Employee Self-Service and Academic Self-Service, will be unavailable Friday, May 25th starting at 8pm until 10am Saturday, May 26th for maintenance.  The HR report database is not affected and will remain available during the production downtime.

An email notification will be sent when the systems are available.

The Production PeopleSoft Campus Solutions application will be unavailable today, May 14th, from 8:00pm to approximately 11:00pm for maintenance. During the maintenance, Academic Self-Service will be unavailable.  An email notification will be sent when the system is available.

The PeopleSoft HR Report application will be unavailable Wednesday, May 2nd from 3:00 pm until approximately 10 pm for maintenance.  During the maintenance, the PeopleSoft HR Production application including Employee Self-Service will be available.  An email notification will be sent when the Report system is available.

The report repository and the process schedulers for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Production, HCM Production and HCM Reports databases will be down for maintenance on Friday, April 13^th from 7:30pm to 9:00pm.　 No process results or reports will be available during the downtime.　 Batch processes that are scheduled to run or are submitted during the downtime will remain queued until the schedulers come back up. Academic Self-Service and Employee Self-Service will not be affected by this maintenance.

All components of the Compliance Training Management System (CTMS) including the Knowledge Delivery System (KDS), Training Tracking System (TTS), and Training Management System (TMS) will be down beginning at 7:00 AM, Saturday, February 24, 2018 for an upgrade. The downtime is expected to last approximately four hours.
