Please note that Outlook for Desktop, OWA (Outlook Web App) and Mobile Devices cannot access email. We have opened a ticket with Microsoft support on this.

Please note there is a service degradation reported by Microsoft. Users may be having issues sending emails from Outlook. We will update once we have more information on this.

The Production PeopleSoft Campus Solutions application will be unavailable today, June 3rd, from 5:00pm to approximately 8:00pm for maintenance.  During the maintenance, Academic Self-Service will be unavailable.  An email notification will be sent when the system is available.

  • LSU Health FileS (Enterprise) – about 10 minutes of downtime during which users will be unable to send or retrieve attachments

  • Listserv (Enterprise) – about 10 minutes downtime during which Listserv services will be unavailable.

This evening at 9pm, we will begin performing an upgrade on our Cisco Expressway servers to mitigate a vulnerability. The maintenance should last approximately 30 minutes. During the maintenance window, A/V video conferences will be down and Cisco Jabber clients attempting to connect externally will fail. The Production PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Employee Self-Service application will be unavailable today, January 3, 2019 from 7pm to about 9:30pm while the PeopleSoft Application is upgraded to the year-end Legislative tax software updates. An email notification will be sent when the system is available again.
