Subject:	Registration of Motor Vehicles

This memorandum supersedes PM-18 dated August 31, 1961.

The head of each campus shall have responsibility for the regulation of vehicular traffic and for the parking of all motor vehicles or bicycles operated on the various campuses of the University System. Such regulations shall include a specification that all motor vehicles operated on the campus shall be registered immediately upon being brought thereon. Charges, if any, for such motor vehicle registration shall be in strict accordance with a fee schedule pre-scribed by the Board of Supervisors.
