  2. You will be redirected to a Cox website

    • Existing customers scroll down and sign in with your Cox credentials

  3. Choose the desired Internet service (the discounted price is shown) and click "order now"

  4. Existing customers only seeking to apply discount can choose "I own a DOCSIS 3.0 modem (Free)"

  5. If you have issues please contact Cox using the customer service number at 866-206-9832. Use Option 2 then Option 1 to connect with a Cox representative familiar with the discount.


Discount Details:

  • **After 24 months, you must reapply for your discount**

  • If you are a Current Preferred or Premier customer, please select Preferred 100 or Ultimate when you add the discount as Preferred and Premier are no longer available for discounts

  • If you are currently in a Cox High Speed Internet promotional discount, you must either wait until that period has ended or cancel that promotion by calling Cox

  • Available only to residential High Speed Internet customers, actively employed LSUHSC employees and/or faculty and actively enrolled LSUHSC students within the Cox New Orleans wired serviceable area.

  • Not valid in combination with certain offers, including bulk accounts.
