Brief network outages and wiring installation throughout the Library

Starting Friday, August 28, 2026, there will be a few network and wiring projects happening throughout the Library that will result in brief connectivity outages and some increased noise and traffic throughout the building.

On August 28th, workers will be working throughout the Resource Center running wiring from the Tulane and Gravier sides of the building. They may need access to the ceilings on all floors of the Library, and there may be increased noise while they are working. This project is scheduled to last through Friday, September 4, 2026.

Also, on Saturday, August 29, 2026, there will be intermittent network outages. This will primarily affect users who are on campus.
