Although it was hoped that the Dental Library would reopen after the construction on the 4th Floor of the Administration Building was complete, an acceleration to the construction and remodeling of the 3rd Floor of the Administration Building has resulted in the closure of the Dental Library.

The Dental Library will reopen at some time in 2027, as of construction elements available at this time.

Once reopened, the Dental Library will have been completely redone and its footprint reduced. The majority of all books and the entire journal collection will also be housed on compact shelving, with Library staff only allowed in the area.
