Poster printing is available for faculty, residents/fellows, staff, and students of LSUHSC-NO only.

How to Submit (Isché):

• • Complete the Poster Printing Request form here: https://forms.office.com/r/ujCY2y9NA8 
  • Posters must be sent in PDF format.
  • Please ensure that the file is saved with the correct dimensions desired for the final poster (i.e. NOT 8.5” x 11”).
  • Maximum poster size is 59 inches in any direction.
    
    
• Check your email for notification that the proof is ready for review.
  
  
• Come to the Isché Library in person to review and approve your proof.
  • If you wish to make changes to your file, you must review and approve the revised proof before your poster can be printed.
  • You may wish to bring your laptop with you so that you can quickly make small edits if necessary.
    
    
• You will receive an email when the poster is finished and ready for pickup. Come to the Circulation Desk to pick up your poster any time that the Library is open.
  • The Isché Library can trim posters if the height or width is less than 50 inches.
  • The posters will be rolled and secured with rubber bands for pickup.
