Bomb Threats by Phone

If you receive a bomb threat by telephone, document the following and immediately contact the University Police Department at 568-8999:

DO NOT HANG UP!

Questions to Ask:

1.	When is the bomb going to explode?
2.	Where is it right now? What building?
3.	What does it look like?
4.	What kind of bomb is it?
5.	What will cause it to explode?
6.	Did you place the bomb?
7.	Why?
8.	Where are you calling from?
9.	What is your address?
10.	What is your name?
11.	EXACT WORDING OF THREAT.
12.	Sex of caller.
13.	Race of caller.
14.	Length of call.
15.	Number at which call was received.
16.	Time.
17.	Date.
