CM-7 Contracts and Agreements With Outside Agencies

All contracts entered into by units of the University are legal only when the contract or agreement is between the Board of Supervisors and the chief administrative unit of the outside agency.

Therefore, we are requiring each such document to indicate the contractors appropriately. The following opening statement should be utilized:

"This agreement (or contract) is entered into by the Board of Supervisors of the Louisiana State University and Agricultural & Mechanical College on behalf of the (appropriate school) and the (chief administrative unit of the contracting agency) ---- ".
