We are offering two sessions for February 2026 focusing on RefWorks and readability tools. Classes are held in person at the Isché Library and via Zoom, and registration is required to receive the link to the Zoom presentation. All sessions are recorded and made available on the Library's website at https://www.lsuhsc.edu/library/services/classes.aspx.

These are our classes for this month:

• • Introduction to RefWorks
    • Wednesday, February 11, 2026, 12pm Isché Library RCB Room 405 in person, or via Zoom (registration required)
    • Learn the basics of RefWorks, a citation management software offered by LSU Health New Orleans Libraries.
      
      
  • Measurement of Health Literacy
    • Wednesday, February 25, 2026, 12pm Isché Library RCB Room 405 in person, or via Zoom (registration required)
    • This session will introduce popular readability tools and explore the advantages and limitations of different measurements. We will also discuss informal assessments of health literacy that can be used during clinical interactions.
