Troubleshooting Common DDP Issues


Problem:   I forgot the password needed to access the USB device data

Possible Solution:

  • Please contact your local IT supporter or LSU Health Help Desk and they will be able to assist in resetting the media password.


Problem:   I inserted my USB drive and was not prompted for my password

Possible Solution:  


Problem:   I tried running AccessEncryptedFiles, but it did not work

Possible Solution:

  • Attempt to access the USB via another computer.
  • If successful, use LSU Health FileS to share file
