The Compensation Department is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of LSU Health Sciences Center - New Orleans Campus' compensation, classification and pay delivery programs for all classified and unclassified staff positions. This includes the development and adjustment for competitive unclassified salary ranges, the establishment and updating of job descriptions, the classification of jobs, and pay policies. Our objective is to attract, retain, and motivate individuals of the caliber necessary to achieve the goals and objectives of LSU Health Sciences Center - New Orleans.
