Employee Relations
The Employee Relations section administers the Affirmative Action Program and insures EEO compliance; processes and resolves employee and applicant complaints subject to civil rights legislation; implements disciplinary actions for employees; monitors and insures compliance with State and Federal laws and Civil Service Rules and Regulations; and administers Unemployment Compensation programs.

Performance Evaluations for Classified Employees
2016-2017 Performance Evaluations are due to HRM on August 7th
2017-2018 Planning Documents are due to HRM on September 1st
The performance year for classified employees begins July 1st. The 2016-2017 evaluation must be completed on the 2016-2017 PES form. The 2017-2018 planning should be completed on the new 2017-2018 PES form.
Any supervisor of a classified employee who has not received their 2017-2018 PES template should contact Troylyn Billew, Talent Development Coordinator, by email or at (504) 568-4947.
