Services included in all rental charges are internet access, electricity, and water.
All tenants must sign a minimum four month lease. Shorter terms of at least one month are available for affiliated training purposes at a rate of $700 per month, plus a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee.
Housing applications are prioritized chronologically, determined by when they are received.
Student Housing does not participate in a roommate matching service for Perdido Place apartments.
Two (2) and three (3) bedroom rental charges are divided between roomates unless an individual occupant chooses to assume the total amount of the monthly rent.
The Security Deposit for Perdido Place is equal to a full month's rent for the assigned apartment/dorm. The Security Deposit is refundable after lease fulfillment and proper move out notification.
LSU System reserves the right to change rental charges and fees. All financial indebtedness to the LSUHSC housing facilities and the LSU System must be cleared prior to graduation.
