Annual Enrollment

October 1, 2024 - November 15, 2024

Annual Enrollment Begins October 1, 2024: If you are  a benefits-eligible employee, you may participate in Annual Enrollment. Annual Enrollment provides you an opportunity to enroll, change, or cancel benefit elections for the 2025 calendar year. You can review your current benefit elections in PeopleSoft.

If no action is taken, all benefits will roll over to the 2025 Plan Year, except for Flexible Spending Account(s) (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions. These contributions must be re-elected each year.

  1. Review the plan and premium changes for 2025. Plan and premium changes, as well as forms, are listed below.
  2. Determine what changes you want to make.
  3. Fill out the applicable enrollment form(s). 
  4. Access the Annual Enrollment submission portal. The link for the portal is below.
  5. Answer the questions and upload your enrollment forms.
