Location
The Department of Information Technology Computer Lab is located in room 405 of the
John P. Isché Library. The library is located in the Administration and Resource Building,
433 Bolivar Street, New Orleans. Note: The John P. Isché Library can only be entered
and exited via the third floor.
About the Computer Lab
The LSUHSC New Orleans Department of Information Technology Computer Lab is open to all LSUHSC New Orleans Faculty and Staff members. It is reserved on a "first come, first served" basis. Please note that the Computer lab is not public access. The lab is not to be used for students to perform homework assignments given during an ongoing class, unless the room is scheduled for that purpose and a room monitor or instructor is present.
How to Schedule Lab Time

Contact the Department of Information Technology Business Office nocsbm@lsuhsc.edu. All requests must be received by email.

Sign out a key from the Department of Information Technology - the Business Coordinator will work out these details with you. If you have problems with obtaining the key after hours, you can call 568-HELP and someone will be available to let you into the room.

If you would like to use it after regular business hours (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.), please schedule the classroom at least 2 weeks in advance.

To report temperature problems in the lab, please call (504) 568-7716 .

Answer: Please call the New Orleans Help Desk at (504) 568-HELP for any equipment
failures,
room access, or other failures while using the classroom.
