The Employee Relations section administers the Affirmative Action Program and insures EEO compliance; processes and resolves employee and applicant complaints subject to civil rights legislation; implements disciplinary actions for employees; monitors and insures compliance with State and Federal laws and Civil Service Rules and Regulations; and administers Unemployment Compensation programs.
Performance Evaluations for Classified Employees
2018-2019 Performance Evaluations are due to HRM on August 5th
2019-2020 Planning Documents are due to HRM on August 30th
The performance year for classified employees begins July 1st. The 2018-2019 evaluation must be completed on the 2018-2019 PES form. The 2019-2020 planning should be completed on the new 2019-2020 PES form.
