Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Flow)*
Microsoft Power Automate is a service that helps you create automated workflows between your favorite apps and services to synchronize files, get notifications, collect data, and more. Additional information can be found at the Microsoft Getting Started with Power Automate page.
Please note these 3 restrictions.
A flow can be run a maximum of once every 5 minutes.
Flow security is configured to protect business data from unapproved apps and services (Dropbox and Twitter are examples of unapproved apps that are restricted from accessing business data) . If you have any problems, please contact Webmaster (email@example.com).
NEW - Email to external accounts sent via Power Automate is blocked by policy in order to prevent auto-forwarding to external addresses. If you have a business use case to use Power Automate to email external accounts, please contact Webmaster@lsuhsc.edu

*Power Automate is the new name for Microsoft Flow. This name change brings the product in line with the other Microsoft "Power" products - Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. The process that you create with Power Automate is still called a "Flow".
