February 1st
Last date to add eligible graduates to the graduation list.
February 23rd
Deadline to order regalia.
April 26th
Deadline to complete Financial Aid Exit Interview.
Deadline to satisfy all Financial Obligations.
May 3rd
Last date for graduates to submit name change name forms and supporting documentation.
Last date for graduates to make corrections to their name (capitalization, accent, adding middle name, suffix, etc.).
Last date to remove names from the graduation list.
Deadline for graduates to update their mailing address in self-service.
May 17th
Diplomas for graduates who did not attend or do not pick up after the ceremony will be mailed to the mailing address on file as of May 3rd.

Academic Regalia
Graduates are prohibited from decorating their academic regalia. This policy was voted in by the LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans commencement committee effective Spring 2024.

Diploma Pickup in the Registrar Office from 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.

Diplomas will be mailed to the mailing address on file as of August 4th.
