Changing Your Home and Mailing Address

Currently enrolled students can update their home and mailing address in Student Self Service. To access Self Service, click here. Enter your LSUHSC New Orleans log in credentials. Go to Student Center. Next, click to the Personal Information dropdown menu and select Address. Edit your home/mailing address. Click Save. 

Please note: Your legal address cannot be changed or deleted in Self Service. Your ISIR address is populated from the information you provided on your FAFSA. You can change your ISIR address on your studentaid.gov account.

 

Changing Your Legal Address

Legal addresses are managed by The Office of the Registrar. To change your legal address, complete and sign the Change of Legal Address Form. Next, email the form to us at registrar@lsuhsc.edu. You can also submit the request by emailing the new legal address to our office from your @lsuhsc.edu email address.

Please note: Students who are classified out-of-state must maintain a legal address outside of the State of Louisiana.
