As a keepsake of commencement day, each graduate who attends the ceremony will also receive a diploma cover and a congratulatory message from campus leadership.

On the day after the commencement ceremony or conferral date, you will receive a digital version of your diploma via email.

  • The digital diploma will be sent to your "Other" email address on file.
  • Be sure to verify your "Other" email address by the deadline.
  • Do not use a .edu email address.

Twenty-one business days after the ceremony or conferral date, your printed diploma will be shipped to the address you provided in your Student Self-Service.

  • The diploma will be mailed to your mailing address on file.
  • Be sure to verify your mailing address by the deadline.

Your diploma will only show your degree title as was filed by your department with the Louisiana Board of Regents.

  • Concentrations, Latine, and Latin College honors are listed on your academic transcript only.
