PEOPLEADMIN WEB BASED TRAINING (WBT)

Welcome to LSU Health's PeopleAdmin Web Based Training (WBT). Please note that each topic has a "Print It!" and "Try It!" link.  Print It! is a job aid that can either be printed or displayed on your screen for reference during the training.  We suggest you print each topic first to keep for future reference, and also take the Try It! portion of the WBT for a hands on simulation of the PeopleAdmin application.

Course:  Logging on to PeopleAdmin - Audience: All

This topic covers the process of logging into PeopleAdmin. Click on any of the links below to begin.

  • Print It! - Prints off the job aid (reference sheet)
  • Try It! - Is a simulation of the application that prompts students to enter data. You can press the <Enter key> to get to the next screen if you just want to step through the concept without entering data and the <Backspace> key to go back to the previous screen.

Course:  Creating Progress Notes within PeopleAdmin - Audience: All

Progress Notes allows the recording of information on goal development or attainment, and performance, throughout the Performance Management lifecycle.  It can be used during both the Performance Management Plan creation and the PES process. 

Course:  PeopleAdmin Performance Management - Audience: Unclassified

This course is divided into seven modules listed by topics specific to each audience.  

Remember, in the Try It! simulation, you can press the <Enter> key to get to the next screen if you  just want to step through the concept without entering data.  The <Backspace> key can be used to go back to the previous screen.
