Firefox MacOS article linking issue

April 25, 2025: We are aware of an issue that occurs when accessing articles using the Library’s WebBridge link resolver. You may encounter the following error when attempting to link to articles using MacOS (desktop only) and Firefox:

If you click Try Again, you will see the same message. However, you will not see this error in MacOS when using Safari or Chrome.
